Connect through a casual, conversational approach (as opposed to a formal, lecture-type approach) to engage Millennials and Gen Z audiences. Consider writing a script that invites them into the conversation over telling them what they need to do or why your company or brand is awesome.
Not all ad types and platforms will resonate with this audience, either. Consider delivering your content through ads on streaming services and podcasts or newer social media platforms such as TikTok. You’ll want to go where your audience spends the most time!
